Hunting Gear

Montana hunting trips

Hunting Gear

Recommended items to bring

We prefer hunters to pack all of their gear in an external framed backpack, weighing no more than 80 pounds.  This weight restriction does not apply to your rifle, coat or the clothing you wear into camp.   All of your gear should fit in it for a 7 day hunt.  They can be purchased from Cabela's or from most anywhere for about $150 (This does not apply to cabin hunters).
